Choco Banana Oatmeal Bowl
Recently, I have started loving oatmeal bowl for breakfast. It is a great idea to kickstart your day. Oats are among the healthiest grains on earth and keep you full for almost half of the day. They have various health benefits like:
- Helps in Lowering Cholesterol Levels
- Oats can Improve Blood Sugar.
- Oatmeal is very filling and may help you lose weight.
- Oats are packed with important vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
- They're High in fibre and protein compared to other grains.
For a chocolate lover like me, Choco Banana Oatmeal Bowl is a feast flavour which gives a taste of chocolate pudding with all the goodness of oats.
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:
- Almond Milk- 1 TeaCup
- Oats - 1.5 Tablespoon
- Bananas - 1.5 Nos.
- Honey- 1 Teaspoon or according to taste.
- Cocoa Powder- 1 Teaspoon
- Chocolate Sauce - 1 Teaspoon
- Walnuts - 5-6 Nos.
- Almonds - 5-6 Nos.
- Flax Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
- Chia Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
RECIPE:
- Cook milk and oats for 2-3 minutes or until it forms a thick paste.
- Mash 1 banana in a bowl, add the oats and milk mixture, half of the chopped walnuts, Honey, Cocoa Powder and mix them all together.
- Garnish with half chopped Banana, Almonds, walnuts, chocolate sauce, flax seeds and chia seeds.
- It's done!!! Enjoy it cold or hot!
