Choco Banana Oatmeal Bowl

Recently, I have started loving oatmeal bowl for breakfast. It is a great idea to kickstart your day.  Oats are among the healthiest grains on earth and keep you full for almost half of the day. They have various health benefits like:
  •  Helps in Lowering Cholesterol Levels
  • Oats can Improve Blood Sugar. 
  • Oatmeal is very filling and may help you lose weight.
  • Oats are packed with important vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
  • They're High in fibre and protein compared to other grains.
Oatmeal has become one of my favourite breakfast because of various different flavours we can create out of it. and so they don't have to be boring, you can have the goodness of oats every single day and it will not even taste similar. 

For a chocolate lover like me, Choco Banana Oatmeal Bowl is a feast flavour which gives a taste of chocolate pudding with all the goodness of oats.





INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:


  1. Almond Milk- 1 TeaCup
  2. Oats - 1.5 Tablespoon 
  3. Bananas - 1.5 Nos. 
  4. Honey- 1 Teaspoon or according to taste.
  5. Cocoa Powder- 1 Teaspoon
  6. Chocolate Sauce - 1 Teaspoon
  7. Walnuts - 5-6 Nos.
  8. Almonds - 5-6 Nos.
  9. Flax Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
  10. Chia Seeds - 1 Teaspoon

 RECIPE:

  1. Cook milk and oats for 2-3 minutes or until it forms a thick paste.
  2. Mash 1 banana in a bowl, add the oats and milk mixture, half of the chopped walnuts, Honey, Cocoa Powder and mix them all together.
  3. Garnish with half chopped Banana, Almonds, walnuts, chocolate sauce, flax seeds and chia seeds.
  4. It's done!!! Enjoy it cold or hot!
